1. Who we are

Arriva PMS is a property management system for accommodation owners. The service is operated by Kolmex (contact: i@kolmex.com).

2. Data we collect

Account holders (property owners): name, email address, company name, phone number, and property details entered during registration and use of the service.

Guest data: name, contact information, identity document details, and check-in photos collected by accommodation owners through the app for the purpose of guest registration, including statutory reporting obligations (eTurista system).

Usage data: booking records, payment records, and activity logs generated through normal use of the service.

3. How we use data

• To provide and operate the property management service
• To enable guest check-in and statutory registration (eTurista)
• To send transactional notifications (booking confirmations, reminders)
• To maintain security and prevent abuse

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with:

• eTurista (Ministry of Interior, Republic of Serbia) – guest identity data submitted as required by law
• Email delivery provider – for sending booking notifications
• Hosting provider (Sliplane) – infrastructure only, no independent access to your data

5. Data retention

Account and booking data is retained for the duration of the account and for up to 5 years afterward to comply with applicable record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at i@kolmex.com.

7. Security

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. Access is restricted to authenticated users. Sessions expire automatically.
